Mental Health Counseling
Our mental health counselors can help Fallon Park students and their family members learn to communicate better, reduce anxiety, cope with depression, heal from trauma, process grief, and create stronger bonds with people. Counseling services at LIFT are provided by clinicians from A Tree Planted Collective. Most insurance is accepted. Appointments are available at no cost for uninsured families.

Financial Wellness
Free private financial counseling is available in person or over the phone. We teach you how to reduce debt, get credit, and manage money. Financial counseling is provided by trained counselors at Freedom First Enterprises Financial Empowerment Center. To make an appointment, click the link below.
Community Health Worker
Our community health worker is available at the LIFT Center to help you get basic needs, navigate the health care system, and reach your health and wellness goals. These services are available at no cost through Carilion Community Health and Outreach.

Get Health Insurance
We can help you find out if you qualify for Medicaid insurance or medical financial assistance. Our community health worker will help you apply.
